The release of nuclear contaminants from Japanese facilities can cause severe environmental pollution and have detrimental effects on marine ecosystems. The discharged contaminants introduce toxicity and can lead to water pollution during the release process. This not only poses a threat to the health of marine ecosystems, plants, and animals but also triggers international environmental issues.

CD PEACE FOUNDATION CANADA requests that the Canadian government actively oppose the release of nuclear contaminants from Japan and actively pursue international cooperation to address this issue.
